Short version
dbgpicks publishes reviews of digital products and earns affiliate
commissions when you buy through our links. We are not the seller. Your
purchase, your payment, your delivery and your refund are between you and the
vendor. We do our research honestly, but we cannot guarantee a product will
work for you.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by DBG IT, Brazil. Contact:

"we" and "us" mean DBG IT, and "you" means anyone using the site.
2. Accepting these terms
By using dbgpicks you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please
do not use the site. There is no account to create and nothing to sign.
3. What this site is
dbgpicks publishes research and opinion about digital products sold by third
parties. The content is informational. It is not professional, financial,
medical, legal or educational advice, and it is not a guarantee of any result
you might get from a product.
We write what we find, including limitations and negative findings. We may
be wrong. When we are, write to us and we will correct it and say what changed.
4. We are not the seller
Every product we review is sold by someone else. When you click through and
buy:
- the contract is between you and that vendor, not with us;
- payment, delivery, customer support and refunds are the vendor's
responsibility, under the vendor's own terms;
- we do not process payments, hold funds, or handle your purchase;
- we cannot cancel your order, issue a refund, or access your account with
the vendor.
If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact the vendor or the payment
platform. You can also tell us — we use that to decide whether to keep
recommending a product — but we have no power to resolve it for you.
5. Affiliate commissions
We earn a commission when you buy through our links, at no extra cost to you
and with no change to the price you pay. This is stated on the site and on each
review page. A commission does not buy a recommendation: we publish the
limitations of products we earn from, and we decline products we cannot verify.
6. Links to other sites
Our pages link to vendors and to sources we cite. We do not control those
sites and are not responsible for their content, their terms or their privacy
practices. Once you leave dbgpicks, their rules apply.
7. Our content
The text, layout and original material on dbgpicks belong to DBG IT. You may
quote short passages with attribution and a link. Please do not republish whole
pages. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and we
use them only to identify what we are writing about.
8. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to this site or
its infrastructure, and do not scrape it in a way that degrades it for others.
That is all we ask — there is no account system and nothing to abuse beyond the
site itself.
9. Availability and changes
The site is provided as it is, without any warranty that it will be
available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, move or remove content,
including entire reviews, at any time — for example when a product's terms
change or when we find we got something wrong.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from
your use of this site or from any purchase you make from a third-party vendor,
including lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot
be limited by law, including liability for fraud.
11. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we update the date at the top of this page. Material
changes will be described here rather than made silently.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, where DBG IT is established.
This does not remove consumer protections you may have under the law of your own
country of residence.
